Returns Policy

If you do not like the product that bought from our web store you will get a full refund but it must be before the 15 day trial period.  You should expect to receive your refund within one week.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Then please uninstall the program from your computer after you get your refund.

Shipping

All products on this web store are to be downloaded to your computer.  After we recieve your payment you will recieve a link to download the product.  Which makes it faster for both you and us.
